Description

Swiss Bacon Mushroom Meatloaf is a flavor-packed twist on the classic meatloaf. Juicy ground meat is combined with sautéed mushrooms, crispy bacon, and melty Swiss cheese to create a rich and comforting dinner that the whole family will love.


Ingredients

• 1½ lbs ground beef
• 4 slices bacon
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 cup Swiss cheese
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt & pepper


Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    1. Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic.

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    1. Shape into a loaf.

    1. Bake 55–60 minutes.

    1. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
