This Stuffed Italian Meatloaf is a comforting twist on the classic meatloaf, packed with Italian herbs, marinara sauce, and a gooey melted cheese center. Juicy on the inside and full of flavor, it’s the perfect family dinner that feels both hearty and special.


Ingredients

  • lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and seasonings.
  3. Spread half mixture and add mozzarella in the center.
  4. Cover with remaining meat mixture.
  5. Top with marinara sauce.
  6. Bake 50–60 minutes.
  7. Rest, slice, and serve.
