Description
Slow cooker brisket is a rich and comforting dish where beef slowly cooks for hours until incredibly tender and flavorful. The long cooking time allows the meat to absorb savory seasonings while becoming soft enough to slice or shred.
Ingredients
- 3–4 lb beef brisket
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Season brisket and sear in olive oil.
- Place onions and garlic in slow cooker.
- Mix broth, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire, and paprika.
- Add brisket and pour sauce over it.
- Cook on low 8–10 hours.
- Slice against the grain and serve with sauce.
