Description

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups bread flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix starter, water, and flour to form dough.
- Add salt and knead lightly.
- Let rise 8–12 hours.
- Shape dough and let rise again 1–2 hours.
- Bake in Dutch oven at 450°F for 40–45 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
