Description

Garlic roasted asparagus is a simple, healthy side dish packed with fresh flavor. Tender asparagus spears are roasted with olive oil, garlic, and seasoning until perfectly crisp on the edges and juicy inside.


Ingredients

• 1 lb asparagus
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• Salt & pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim asparagus and place on baking sheet.
  3. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast 12–15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with optional parmesan or lemon.
