Ingredients
• 1 lb asparagus
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim asparagus and place on baking sheet.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 12–15 minutes.
- Serve warm with optional parmesan or lemon.
