Ingredients

• 6–8 eggs
• 1 cup vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• Garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf


Instructions

  1. Boil and peel eggs.
  2. Heat vinegar, water, and spices.
  3. Place eggs in jar.
  4. Pour brine over eggs.
  5. Cool and refrigerate.
  6. Let pickle 3–7 days.
