Ingredients
• 6–8 eggs
• 1 cup vinegar
• 1 cup water

• 1 tsp sugar
• Garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf
Instructions
- Boil and peel eggs.
- Heat vinegar, water, and spices.
- Place eggs in jar.
- Pour brine over eggs.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Let pickle 3–7 days.
