Ingredients
• 1½ cups corn
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• ½ cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp milk
• 2 green onions
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into oil.
- Fry 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
