Description

These Apple Pie Bombs are warm, golden pastry bites filled with sweet apple pie filling and coated in cinnamon sugar. They’re crispy outside, soft inside, and bursting with classic apple pie flavor in a fun bite-size dessert


Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, diced
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)
  • Caramel sauce for drizzle
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Cook apple filling until thick.
  2. Roll crescent dough and cut into squares.
  3. Add filling and seal dough.
  4. Fry until golden.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes.
  6. Roll in cinnamon sugar and drizzle caramel.
