- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, fresh lemon juice, cranberry juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
