- 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, for a thinner consistency)
Instructions
- Combine Velveeta cheese and undrained diced tomatoes and green chilies in a medium saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the Velveeta is completely melted and smooth.
- If a thinner dip is desired, stir in milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
