Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Ketchup or your favorite glaze for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin or use silicone muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently mix all ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatloaf tough.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the 12 muffin cups, pressing it gently into each cup.
  5. If desired, top each muffin with a spoonful of ketchup or your favorite glaze.

  7. Let the meatloaf muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them.
