Ingredients
- 1 (19 ounce) package refrigerated tortellini
- 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add marinara sauce to the pot with the tortellini and stir to combine.
- Pour the tortellini mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and pepperoni is slightly crispy.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
