A super easy and delicious recipe for teriyaki meatballs made in a crockpot. Perfect for appetizers or a main dish!
Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine frozen meatballs, teriyaki sauce, apricot preserves, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger in a slow cooker.
- Stir to coat the meatballs evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
- These meatballs can be served as an appetizer with toothpicks or as a main course over rice.
