A super easy and delicious recipe for teriyaki meatballs made in a crockpot. Perfect for appetizers or a main dish!


Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


Instructions

  1. Combine frozen meatballs, teriyaki sauce, apricot preserves, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir to coat the meatballs evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until heated through.
  4. Serve hot.

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
