Ingredients
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems finely.
- In a bowl, combine crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped mushroom stems.
- Stir in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the bacon and cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
