Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 oz Coconut Milk
- 1/2 oz Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Ice
- Optional Garnish: Cinnamon stick, star anise, whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender.
- Add a generous amount of ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise, or whipped cream if desired.
