- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, milk, and peppermint extract in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips and any optional seeds.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
