These Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Balls are a delicious and healthy way to satisfy your sweet cravings. Packed with protein and flavor, they are perfect for a post-workout snack or a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, milk, and peppermint extract in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips and any optional seeds.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
