Ingredients
- 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
- 2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, and Kalamata olives.
- Add the chopped fresh parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
