Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the herb mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard any excess marinade.
