Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 ball (8 oz) burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
- Arrange the grilled zucchini on a serving platter.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of the zucchini.
- Tear the burrata open gently to expose the creamy interior.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
