Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender-crisp.
- Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are softened and garlic is fragrant.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
