Description

Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or meal that combines the savory flavors of beef and cheese with the aromatic kick of garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions.
  4. On a clean surface, flatten each portion of beef mixture into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle a portion of the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over each flattened beef rectangle.
  6. Carefully roll up each beef rectangle from one end to the other, enclosing the cheese. Pinch the seams to seal.
  7. Place the rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra garlic flavor, you can add another clove of minced garlic to the beef mixture.
  • Feel free to use your favorite type of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or a blend of cheeses.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like ketchup, mustard, or a garlic aioli.
