Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Arrange the thinly sliced cucumber on 4 of the bread slices.
- Spoon the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the cucumber slices.
- Top with the remaining 4 bread slices.
- Slice the sandwiches in half if desired and serve immediately.
