Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley if desired.

- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
