Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup prepared bread stuffing (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Cranberry sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared bread stuffing, chopped cranberries, celery, and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, chicken broth, dried sage, and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and stuffing ingredients. Mix gently until everything is well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, optionally with cranberry sauce for dipping.

- For a crispier exterior, you can pan-fry the balls before baking.
- If using frozen cranberries, thaw them and drain any excess liquid before chopping.
