Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the dried cranberries.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each crescent roll triangle, spreading from the wide end towards the point.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolled crescent bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bites with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
