Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • Optional: Lettuce, tomato slices for serving


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chili crisp, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
