Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, thawed and squeezed spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir until well combined and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. If desired, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and bubbly.
