Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, thawed and squeezed spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir until well combined and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- For a lighter version, consider using light cream cheese and light sour cream.
