Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
- Serve hot, with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.
Notes
- For crispier wings, you can bake them on a wire rack set inside the baking sheet.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level.
