Description

A classic recipe for delicious and spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings that are perfect for game day or any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
  7. Serve hot, with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.

Notes

  • For crispier wings, you can bake them on a wire rack set inside the baking sheet.
  • Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level.
  • You can also grill or fry the wings instead of baking.
