Quick and easy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos perfect for a speedy meal or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8-10 corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly to form taquitos.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place taquitos seam-side down in the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese dressing.

- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
- Don’t overfill the tortillas to make rolling easier.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo wing sauce to your preferred spice level.
