Description
A warm and cheesy bruschetta dip, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in drained diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
- Serve hot with baguette slices.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can also add other chopped vegetables like onions or bell peppers.
- If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs, but reduce the amount.
