Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette slices, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in drained diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with baguette slices.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
