Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss chicken breasts with BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on the preheated griddle and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Remove from griddle and set aside.
- Brush the corn with melted butter and place on the griddle. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Slice the chicken and serve alongside the grilled corn. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges, if desired.

- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
