Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the special sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, pickle slices, and chopped onion.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture.
- Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.

- For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
