  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Baguette slices, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, basil, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
