Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or Alfredo sauce for a white pizza)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Optional: Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust or dough package directions (usually between 400°F and 450°F or 200°C and 230°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the chopped marinated artichoke hearts, sliced mushrooms, and black olives evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and dried oregano over the toppings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Check the crust halfway through to ensure it’s cooking evenly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and garnish with fresh basil if desired.

- For extra flavor, consider adding a drizzle of olive oil over the toppings before baking.
